About this project
This site is built around one thing: a test that calculates not just your Enneagram type but also the wing, the instinct profile and your current state. Here is an honest account of how it works and what it lives on.

1Why another test
Most free Enneagram tests end with a single line: your type is such and such. But the model itself does not stop at the type: there is a wing that colors it, three instincts that set priorities, and the state in which a person lives their type today.
Our 108-item test calculates all these layers and shows them together, explaining where each number comes from. The basic result is free and opens without registration.
2How the result is calculated
The test items, the scoring keys and the confidence thresholds are the project's own work. We show not only the conclusion but also the confidence of the calculation: when types run neck and neck, the result says so openly instead of pretending there is no doubt.

3Where the texts come from
All descriptions of types, wings, subtypes and levels are written by the project's editorial team from scratch. They draw on the shared Enneagram tradition but are not copied from books or other sites.
If you find a mistake or a questionable passage, tell us through the contact page: we will fix the text and the revision date will change.
4Honest limits
The test is built on self-report: it sees what you told it about yourself. It is a tool for self-understanding, not a medical or psychological diagnosis, and it does not replace working with a professional.
We advise against using the result for decisions about other people: screening, hiring, firing.
5What the project lives on
The test and the basic result are free. The project pays for itself by selling extended access: the locked sections of the result and a written report composed by a language model individually for the profile. There are no ads on the site and no data is sold.
