Terms of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of extended access to your test result. By paying you accept them in full. The document is short and written in plain words; read it before you pay.

1Parties
The seller is named in the details card at the end of this page. Depending on your region, the payment may be processed by a payment platform acting as the merchant of record; in that case the platform is your counterparty for the payment itself, and the seller remains responsible for delivering the product.
The buyer is the person who paid for the order. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment.
2The product
The product is digital: extended access to your test result. The basic part of the result is free and stays free: the type, the wing, the instinct profile, the current range and their explanations.
Extended access includes the locked sections of the result and a written report composed by a language model individually for your profile. The exact list of sections is shown on the result page before payment.
3Acceptance
Paying for the order is full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. No separate signature or registration is required.
4Price and payment
The price is shown on the result page before payment and is final for that purchase: it is not recalculated afterwards.
The payment is processed by the payment provider on its side; the seller never receives your card details. A receipt or confirmation is sent to the email you provide.
5Delivery
The locked sections open right after the payment is confirmed. The written report is generated automatically, usually within a few minutes.
The access link is sent to the email given at payment and works without registration. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and write to support: access will be granted manually.
6Nature of the product and withdrawal
The report is generated individually for your result and is of no use to anyone else. By paying, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as provided by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and similar rules elsewhere.
This does not limit your rights in the case of a technical failure, described in the next section.
7Refunds
If a technical failure occurs: the payment went through but access did not open and the report was not delivered even after you contacted support, we refund the full price.
Write to support from the email used at payment within 30 days of the purchase, including the payment date and the management code from the access email. The refund is issued through the same payment method, within the payment provider's timeframes.
8How long the purchase stays available
The purchased report stays available through the link from the access email. We guarantee availability for at least two months from the day of payment; in practice we keep it much longer, with no announced expiry.
Keep the access email: the link in it is the key to what you bought.
9Scope of use
The report is informational: it is an extended explanation of your result, not a medical or psychological assessment, not a diagnosis and not a recommendation for hiring, firing or screening people.
10Personal data
The purchase needs only your email address and your test result. The language model receives a depersonalised profile without your name or email. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
11Other terms
The current revision of these terms is published on this page; its version and date are shown at the top. A purchase is governed by the revision in force at the moment of payment.
